Auto Remove Local Log File

When you set the local backup copy to be deleted upon upload to the cloud (https://prnt.sc/h5XhX_qlgPcU), there are still trace files that are left behind: https://prnt.sc/U_jZhFXQEoQm
The log file, in particular, is in the order of ~3MB, which will consume 1GB of disk space in less than a year.
These trace files should be automatically deleted along with the actual .sgbp backup file.
