[BUG] Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check and Backup overlapping issue (kinda bug)

Hello,
While using jetbackup5, we noticed when a Backup process and a Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check process overlap on a server, both jobs get stuck until a person steps in and cancels one of the processes. After that, the other finishes just fine.
We had situations when a backup process got stuck for 2 days (even though usually the backups takes like 5-6 hours) just because a "Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check" process started and the two overlapped.
