Ability to select Integrity Check schedule hour

The Integrity Check currently runs during business hours (in my case at 10AM, non configurable), generating very high server load for approximately one hour.
At the moment, under Settings → Performance → Backup Cleanup & Integrity Check Schedule, you can only configure the day interval, but not the execution time.
It would be helpful to either:
- Run the Integrity Check automatically immediately after the backup process completes, or
- Allow administrators to configure the execution time (for example, defaulting to 5:00 AM).
This would help avoid unnecessary resource spikes during peak usage hours.
