Please support older cpanel versions as it does not work on older cpanel and I do not want to update cpanel

That's a very old version, you will also need to use old versions of JetBackup in that case.

JetBackup 3.0x should work for sure, version 3.1 should be tested (I am not sure)

Any version beyond 3.2 shouldn't work...

The minimum cPanel version in JetBackup 3.3 is 68.
