Check available space of 'Workspace Directory' before generating Download

When generating a 'Download', Jetbackup currently does not check the available space of the 'Working Directory' or the 'Downloads Directory'. This can cause the partition to fill 100% and abort the process in an unclean way.

Implementing a check for available space before starting the generation of the download file should be implemented.
