Skip account during backup if process is stalled for X amount of time

Currently we're seeing occasions where backups take over 24 hours to complete with situations where one account can be stalling the backup for 10 hours.

At the moment, there's no way to stop that happening without trying to investigate why that account delayed the backup however ideally a feature that allows us to specify the amount of time the backup should take on a single account for Jet to then skip the account would be a much better option.

This would then allow us to to ensure no single account would cause huge delays but the issue would be logged for us to investigate further.
