Add Custom Rsync Bandwidth Limit option

Servers with 2,5 / 5 or 10 GBit/s need more transfer speed as 100 MB/s. But „unlimited“ is not a good option, because it can make bandwith errors. We need higher options for transfer speed in the settings drop down (example: 625 MB/s for 5 GBit/s)
