Multiple connections for S3 and Backblaze for each backup job

JetBackup is unable to use the bandwidth available, as it only opens a single connection for each upload to S3 or Backblaze. Even the 10 parallel jobs in JetBackup 5 is not enough.
We use the rclone tool to upload other backups to S3 and B2 and we easily hit 1 Gbps with 64+ concurrent connections.
Please fix this, as backups jobs that should finish in an hour instead take 10 hours.
