Don't flag backups as "Damaged"

Sometimes backups get partially completed due to minor errors like with a file or something.
If this happens, JB flags that backup as "damaged" and client can't see any backup for that date (not even file, emails, databases, etc).
I propose a configuration option to disable this feature.
