Orphaned account retention per destination

It would be awesome if we could customize the orphaned account retention per destination.
In our particular use case, we have a local destination (a mounted drive) and a remote destination (Backblaze B2). We would love for orphaned accounts be kept the standard 14 days on the local destination and 5 years on the remote destination. This is so that we don't clog up the limited local storage drive.
