Differentiate resource limits for backups and restores

Hi :-)
Giving more resources to a restore routines is important for faster retores.
When doing the daily backup for all sites we need to be gentle with the resources but when doing a restore for one site we often need it to be done at full speed and giving/having more resources to this restore rutine will not overload the site.
Therefore, we need to be able to differentiate the resource limits for backups and restores.
So, we need extra fields for CPU Limit, IO Read Limit and IO Write Limit for the restore rutines.
Can this be done in a future update?
