Better uploads to cloud when slow or failing
Completed
Currently, if a cloud upload fails, Backup Guard just gives up and doesn't retry. This is not great. It should retry until it successfully uploads.
Also, I get so many failures uploading to Google Drive because of PHP timeouts. I cannot get limits increased further than 360. BackupGuard should have a solution to get around this.
------------------------
I have the same problem. When the cloud backup fails, BackupGuard freezes and won't do any more backups. The BackupGuard team say they can't replicate it despite my having given them access to my website multiple times and provided videos of the fault happening. Have you tried raising a fault with them too?
