Not everyone has memorized the folder paths and table names. It would be great to have them be available as a dropdown or multi-select field so it's easier to select what we want to exclude in the backup.

The current method of excluding files and/or folders relies on the user knowing the folder structure and file names. That makes it nearly unusable. Please refer to Backup Buddy from iThemes for a visual method of choosing exclusions. Also, be aware of other backup plugins and exclude their local storage folders automatically.
