Include /mail/new and /mail/cur in backups
Under Consideration
Include the /mail/new and /mail/cur in cPanel backups. Some users use the main cPanel account for email and JetBackup does not include those accounts in the backup.
Hello vervehst,
The /mail/new/ and /mail/cur/ directories are already included in account backup jobs, backed up in the "Home Dir" backup item. You can verify this by generating an account backup for an account > view that account > view backups > Show advanced settings > Home Dir > Change File Selection > mail.

I opened a support ticket because the email for the cPanel user was not being included in the backups for Jetbackup 5. This as the response:
Hello,
Thank you for the update,
This user uses the cPanel username for email. So Jetbackup 5 does not backup the default email account?
The jetbackup will not backup the System User Email Account(system).
Thank you,
