Email admin for items in queue running longer than 24 hrs

It happens, the JB agent crashes sometimes and backup jobs in the queue will get stuck on occasions. We found this out the hard way recently when 7 days went by without backups happening.

Restarting the JB agent on cPanel is easy but it would be nice to get notifications for any queue items running longer that a settable amount of time (something we could set). This way if we get an email notification that we have backup or restore jobs running longer than XX hours, we can jump in and see what's going on.
