Allow disabling backup encryption

After reading up on how to recover from a server failure, it becomes obvious that having encrypted backups can be a real problem especially if you lose your JB installation keys.
We need a way to disable encryption for backups so that if we need to do emergency restores if a server goes down, we don't have to perform all the steps in your doc just to get accounts restored on a new server.
This could be a make-or-break situation for hosts.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and opening a feature request. Currently, our scheduled JB config backups are encrypted by default. However, in JetBackup 5.3.3 and above (currently available on our public ALPHA tier) you can export your JB config data, unencrypted, with the following command:
You can then import this data into a new server with the following command: We are currently reviewing your request and will provide updates as necessary.
