Split types of permission to Download Backups
Under Consideration
1. It will be very nice to have permission to "Can Download Backups"
I would like to allow to "download" database backup, but not files backup or e-mail backups
It is needed to separate permission to download each types of backup
2, When download is not allowed the icon should be not visible.
