Migrating backup files between servers

I would like to have the ability to move / migrate backups from one backup server to another, via the JetBackup GUI. Or failing that, have a recommended way to achieve this via the CLI.
This is sometimes necessary when one backup server is full, or near full, and so we need to rebalance backups between other backup servers.
