Request for Support for Ubuntu 24.04

Could you please confirm whether support for Ubuntu 24.04 is currently available or if there are any planned updates to include support for this version in the near future? Additionally, any relevant documentation or steps I should follow for a smooth upgrade would be greatly appreciated.

We greatly appreciate your support and interest in JetBackup! Support for Ubuntu 24.04 is planned to be released in JetBackup v5.3.14 which will be available in October/November. When the update is released, it will be included on our changelogs here:

Just to update, support for Ubuntu 24.04 has been pushed to v5.3.15 which will be available by the end of the year. Please look for case JB5-Base #1976 in the changelogs in December/January.
