Adding MyDumper/MyLoader support

Please add MyDumper/MyLoader support instead of the old, slow and deprecated mysqldump.
This would also fix backup issues when using a MySQL Cluster with a loadbalancer like ProxySQL in the middle, since JetBackup/mysqldump is broken when using ProxySQL.
