Support API Operations for Managing Integrity Check Processes

Having API endpoints to:
- List running Integrity Check items
- Stop or manage Integrity Check processes individually
Currently, there is no available API command to list or stop ongoing Integrity Check tasks. This can cause inconvenience, especially when the GUI becomes unresponsive due to a large number of active tasks such as Backup Cleanup and Integrity Check processes.
