I don't think you should announce that Jetbackup now supports Almalinux 10 and mark the request as complete if it's still in alpha.
As soon as you announced this, we tried installing it on clients we have waiting and got the same error as always. When we contacted your support team, they sent us directly to the documentation where the supported versions are listed, but Almalinux 10 isn't listed. Therefore, no, Jetbackup doesn't support AL10 yet, it will, but not yet.
