Add a description to "Notification Email" box for restore confirmation

Is it possible to add some description text for the "Notification Email" textbox that pops up when the "Restore" link is selected?

For example:

Enter your email and we will send a notification when the action you have selected is completed.

---------------

This way, the cpanel end-user can better understand what their email address is used for, and what "notification" means. (They are always asking why we need their email, because it is not clear what is the purpose for it.)
