add custom s3 address option to s3 backend selector

Hi guys,


would be good to have an option to add a custom s3 location, e.g. we'd want to use our in-house ceph cluster to be used. So where you can select the bucket region, it would be good to have a selection of 'custom' and then you can enter the s3 host address, e.g. s3.company.com.
