Hello Reza,

We are excited to announce the release of JetBackup 5 to the STABLE Tier! JetBackup 5 is our fastest, most secure, versatile, and reliable version yet! See our JetBackup 5 product page for more details.

JetBackup 5 utilizes a new JetBackup Core and introduces a new Backup Structure and Engine.

Benefits of the new JetBackup Core and Structure

  • Allows the flexibility to support multiple panels and operating systems, and be platform-agnostic
  • More granular control over backups and restores.
  • Ability to restore your account across multiple platforms and control panels.
  • Better backup performance and efficiency improvements.

With more granular control over backups and restores, users now have the ability to select specific backup items/home directory files to restore. You can find more information about these restore options here: https://docs.jetbackup.com/v5.1/adminpanel/accounts.html#view-backups.

Thank you for your patience and hope to hear your feedback regarding this feature.

Best Regards,

Richard, JetApps Team
