Create a snapshot of an account via CLI

I would like to be able to automate an account snapshot via CLI before making changes to the account, running some tests, and then restoring the snapshot if the test fails.

Implemented in JetBackup 3.2.7 


jetcli backup -P backupmanager::snapshots -A create --username myuser -f
