Exclude package option for backup jobs

Currently the backup system is not capable of "excluding a package" from backups. I would like to backup all packages + any new package a reseller may add minus one "free" package I offer. Currently I must select every package (minus the package I do not want backed up) and update this list any time a "new" plan is created by a reseller.

It would be easier if I could select the 1 plan I do not want backed up to be excluded while all other plans would be backed up. This would make it so any new plans would automatically be backed up as I would prefer.
