Hourly Backups - restrction
Supported through Custom Hook
It would be nice to able to restrict hourly backups to time periods.
e.g Mon- Friday, or Mon- Fri between 9am- 5pm (e.g. business hours)

Have you considered using hooks for this?
You can set up the job to run every day, 24h, and create a pre-job hook to check if it's within your time frame, if not you can fail the job and abort so it won't run.

You might need to disable notifications as it will send failed alerts, maybe parse them manually as well.
