Management Console: Add Lets Encrypt SSL Support

Adding Lets Encrypt SSL support would allow an easier setup of security for the management console instead of manually uploading certificates to the server.
A lot of applications already do this and becoming a standard to auto-secure systems.

Thank you for your continued patience regarding this feature. I would like to note that the jetlighttpd service, which is used to host the JetBackup Management Console and JetBackup for Linux panels does support Let's Encrypt SSL Certificates. In order to use the Let's Encrypt SSL Certificates, please follow the directions in our documentation for Adding a Custom SSL Certificate.
