Offer Restore points by date for MySQL instead of several pages for each restore point

Make the mysql restore work like to file restore, i.e first offer a list of dates / times to choose from, then choose which database to restore.
At the moment we have to go through hundreds of paginations to find the right database / date / time point

This request can be achieved by using the restore wizard.
The restore wizard is located in the Restore&Downloads page and allows you to restore databases/emails/DNS zones for each account/domain/DB from different dates.
