Partial export/import of configuration

Supported through JETAPI

The new configuration export is nice but sometimes flawed. For instance, we had to make a change in permissions in our servers and we found out we could not just change them without altering the rest of the configuration.

It would be a great help if we could just export one part of the configuration and import it, without touching the rest.

I like this idea

This is really need, i'm in a project that we will start jetbackup over 100 servers, and changing permissions one by one will be a pain...

Hi Abel,

As for your request, I can suggest using JETAPI call with the desired permissions from your servers CLI.

You can also run it from a single server that executes the call on the other servers.
