Replicate the "Backup System Files" function from the WHM Backup system

It would be great to also be able to do system file backups which can be used for disaster recovery of a server.

Right now we have to have the WHM backup system run the system backup whenever it wants to rather than being able to schedule it as well in JetBackup and use the JetBackup backup destinations.

I like this idea
