Update JetBackup WHMCS Module

There are several major improvements that can be made to the JetBackup WHMCS Billing Module

Add support for "Configurable Options" settings in WHMCS
Add support for more backup types and destinations that are available in the core JetBackup product, including S3
Compatibility with the latest WHMCS 7.4.x releases

I like this idea
