You are aware that 7.4 is EOL and will go EOS November 30th, 2018?

So you want us to use Jetbackup with WHMS without any security updates?

Was 7.5 a surprise release for you guys?

Hi Daniel,

We aware of all of the WHMCS changes and working accordingly.

The old JetBackup WHMCS module is deprecated, and we are not recommending using it - it was removed from our product list

few months ago.

Thanks,

So why do you stil advertise jetbackup on your main page as "Sell

Backup Services

Using the Jet Backup whmcs module you can easily create backup products for your clients and link them to their existing hosting accounts" ?

Hi Mark,

To uninstall Addon modules you need to deactivate the module (to remove it's data)

go to setup->Addon Module-> and deactivate,

Then you can remove the addon folder from:

WHMCS_FOLDER/modules/addons/

and remove the 'jetbackup' directory.

Regards.

JetApps team.

Hi there

Thanks for pointing in that direction, but it turned out it was "backupmanager" and not "jetbackup" in the addons folder.
