We need WHMCS 7.5 Support
Hi Daniel,
Thanks for the request.
We are currently revising the WHMCS module and we will update via social media, newsletter and website.
Thanks,Avihai
Hello,
has there been any progress on this?
Thank you,
Daniel
We ha decided to work on a new WHMCS module,
Hopefully to release in about 6 months.
Thanks,
Ofir,
You are aware that 7.4 is EOL and will go EOS November 30th, 2018?
So you want us to use Jetbackup with WHMS without any security updates?
Was 7.5 a surprise release for you guys?
We aware of all of the WHMCS changes and working accordingly.
The old JetBackup WHMCS module is deprecated, and we are not recommending using it - it was removed from our product list
few months ago.
So why do you stil advertise jetbackup on your main page as "Sell
Backup Services
Using the Jet Backup whmcs module you can easily create backup products for your clients and link them to their existing hosting accounts" ?
Has there been any progress on this?
We hope to release the new module in about 6 months.
JetApps team.
OK...I forgot how I installed it back then....how do I uninstall the current addon completely then so there is clean start in a few months?
Hi Mark,
To uninstall Addon modules you need to deactivate the module (to remove it's data)
go to setup->Addon Module-> and deactivate,
Then you can remove the addon folder from:
WHMCS_FOLDER/modules/addons/
and remove the 'jetbackup' directory.
Regards.
Hi there
Thanks for pointing in that direction, but it turned out it was "backupmanager" and not "jetbackup" in the addons folder.
RegardsMark
